As for the millions of our fellow Americans who have lost their jobs, and millions more in the near future, please don't take it personally, but this is what you greedy bastards deserve, especially you thugs in those damned commie labor unions.
You can only blame yourselves for being unprepared, and/or unwilling to compete in the new world economy.

Thank you, America, for letting us be ourselves againby Leon Fisher, Unknown News

We CEO's do not like being called traitors, crooks, fascists and so on. It is unfair to those of us who have become successful.
|
We would rather view the sellout -- oops! -- I mean, the present misfortune of our fellow American workers as "business", or even better "Capitalism". Now, who can argue with that?
Look at it from a business point of view. Why should we keep our manufacturing, high tech, and service industries in an environment where workers demand a living wage, health care, and many other benefits, when we can easily move the whole operation overseas or across the border. Not only can we get away with paying foreign workers a fraction of what we were paying back in the good old USA, but we don't have to pay any benefits or health care. Just think of the advantages!

If a worker or members of his family or community becomes ill from our re-located factory's pollution, we won't be forced to spend a dime. No health care, no law suits, no trouble-making labor unions, and no shortage of workers. Great! It is starting to remind me of the good old days.

And even better, we don't have to pay taxes to the government like we were forced to do back in the States.
In most of the third world countries in which we now operate, we do not pay any taxes, only an occasional payoff to corrupt government officials. Just like we did in Washington, which paid off handsomely, getting all the legislation we needed to make an end run around organized labor.

Sorry folks, but you suckers back in the States will have to make up the deficit out of your own pockets. As you can see, our profits are going through the roof, our stockholders are happy, and we CEO's are becoming fabulously rich.
Besides demanding high wages and health care you also called for clean air and water, further cutting into corporate profit. We had no choice but to re-locate to more business-friendly countries.
However, let me thank all of you bleeding hearts who feel so sorry for those poverty-stricken illegal aliens swarming across the border, as well as those who are now working in our sweatshops in their native countries. I am delighted to see you are willing to give up your good jobs without a fight. Why it brings a tear to my eye. It makes our work so much easier.
Well, I gotta go, I have a seminar to attend concerning new ways of increasing profit while cutting labor costs. It's called "Slavery and Business, Perfect Together" ...
