We hope y'all enjoy Unknown News, whether you can afford to help or not. If you can afford it, though, every little bit helps, and every kindness is deeply appreciated. ![]() We accept Visa or Mastercard, through either PayPal or you can send a check, money order, or dollar bills to our PO Box. To use PayPal, click the button below. You can adjust the amount by changing the 'quantity': Your support keeps this website alive. Thank you! |
"Advertising" is such a yucky word, we prefer "underwriting." It sounds so very PBS. If you have a message you'd like to share, our rates are pretty dang cheap, starting at $2 per month (or $10 for a full year).
Additional words are another buck a dozen ... but we're not really counting the words unless you're pretty dang longwinded. The 'buy now' buttons are for secure payment via PayPal. We can also take a check or money order to this address. We have tolerance coming out the yin-yang, and we'll probably accept ads most places would reject. When in doubt, give us a try. We do however reserve the right to reject ads for illegal or fantastically offensive merchandise or services: Please, no slander, no libel, no threats, no hate literature, no bomb-building manuals, etc. Some things matter more than money, so we won't accept advertising for utterly evil entities. All proceeds from sales and donations help keep the website going, and every little bit helps. We're paying about $50 a month for webhosting and $24.95 a month for an internet dial-up connection, and we do it without any grants from the Ford Foundation. One dollar keeps Unknown News on-line for about ten hours. Ten dollars keeps us on-line for about four days. We're also selling everything from stickers to sandwiches, and subscriptions for ten measly bucks a year. Such a deal! |
